My journey is deeply rooted in a rich blend of cultures, a celebration of heritage that shapes everything I do. Born in vibrant Buenos Aires and raised in a melting pot of Argentinean, Italian, and Greek influences, the traditions of family, food, and the fervent celebration of life were instilled in me from a young age. My childhood was a symphony of flavours, spices, and the warmth of the kitchen, where the simple act of sharing a meal was a grand event, a testament to love and togetherness.
This environment, resonant with the laughter of shared meals and the intimacy of family gatherings, has painted my life with a palette rich in culture and spirit and ignited my passion for food and community. Food, for me, is a medium of connection, a love letter to the simple pleasures in life—the joy of sharing a big bowl of pasta surrounded by lively conversation, the warmth of welcoming friends with laughter and wine, and the communal bliss of a meal shared.
My early career in architecture laid the foundation for a unique perspective on structure and design, fostering a passion that eventually transitioned into the realm of culinary artistry. This architectural background now intricately weaves into my role as a contemporary wedding cake designer, where attention to detail, insightful observations of the natural world, and exquisite craftsmanship are paramount. Now, each day is an opportunity to explore my creativity, challenge the boundaries of conventional baking, and infuse every creation with a sense of wonder, delight and architectural elegance.
