Of course! Once you've confirmed and booked your wedding cake with me, we'll set up a Zoom call to discuss all the finer details relating to your dream cake. If you prefer to have a consultation before booking, that's possible too. There is a fee for a pre-booking consultation, which is payable in advance. However, should you decide to proceed, this fee will be deducted from your final invoice, ensuring it's an investment towards your special day.

For all booked clients, I offer a cake-tasting box, sent via first-class at set dates throughout the year, allowing you to sample a selection of my signature flavours in the comfort of your own home. Alternatively, if you would prefer a face-to-face consultation, we can meet at a cosy London spot, accompanied by tea, where we can sample the flavours together and discuss your options in more detail.

In my kitchen, where a wide variety of ingredients, including wheat (gluten), eggs, dairy, sesame, soya, and nuts, are used, complete freedom from allergens can't be guaranteed. However, I understand the importance of catering to diverse dietary needs; therefore, I offer a selection of vegan flavours and am open to discussing and accommodating specific food intolerances or dietary preferences.

My expertise lies in the artistry of sugar flowers, and as such, I don't use fresh flowers on my cakes. This allows you the freedom to choose any type of flower in any colour you desire, regardless of the season of your wedding! With sugar flowers, your options are limitless, ensuring your cake is adorned with blooms that perfectly complement your theme and style any time of the year.

Absolutely. I offer a comprehensive delivery and set-up service to ensure your cake reaches you safely, arrives in perfect condition, and is set up with the care and attention it deserves. My delivery reaches across London, the surrounding counties, and the Cotswolds. Please reach out for destinations beyond these areas so we can discuss the details.

You may collect a small, intimate wedding cake from my address. Collection is available by appointment, ensuring your cake is ready at a pre-arranged date and time. Your cake will be meticulously packaged, and I will provide you with detailed instructions on how to transport it safely to maintain its pristine condition. Upon collection, a signature will be required to confirm that the cake was received in good condition and as specified. Please note that once the cake has left my premises, Valeria Dolci Cakes cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transport. For larger creations, particularly cakes that are more than two tiers tall, I am unable to offer customer collections due to their intricate and fragile nature. These cakes require professional handling and delivery to ensure they reach your venue in perfect condition.
